  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Whole grains
  • Banana
  • Walnuts
  • Honey


  • Put whole grains breads
  • Cut the banana in slices
  • Take bread out the toaster and spread honey on the bread
  • Put banana on bread
  • Add blueberries and raspberries
  • Add wallnuts
